First off, lets start with a quick history of my skin. Most of my life my skin has been clear for the most part until a couple of years ago, I started to break out pretty bad with cystic acne all along my chin and jawline. I literally tried every product on the market from creams, to antibiotics prescribed by my dermatologist. Expensive doctors visits and unhealthy medications all failed to give me clear skin. I was at my last resort, my doctor brought up accutane (and I almost tried it) until I discovered something on my own that not only cleared my breakouts, but evened my skin-tone and faded all my scars completely with only a few months of use (NO side effects or unhealthy chemicals involved), Apple cider vinegar.

The first month of using it I didn't see results, I had to continue using it over a period of 3 months to see huge benefits. Now my skin is 100% completely clear, I kid you not, I haven't gotten one pimple this entire month. My pores are smaller, my skin-tone is even, and all my post acne scars are faded. Apple cider vinegar has been a miracle in a bottle for me. It even helps with fine lines & wrinkles if that's an issue for you. ACV contains alpha hydroxy acids that help remove dead skin cells helping your complexion renew itself. Many expensive name brand skin care products brag about the "tiny amounts" of alpha hydroxy acids they’ve added to their product, but ACV is BY FAR full of way higher levels, which are alive and ready to heal your skin. ACV contains antibacterial agents to keep your skin free of bacteria and heal up breakouts. It also unclogs pores, clears oils, and balances the ph levels in your skin, which is why its so great for breakouts.

How to use Apple Cider Vinegar in your skincare routine.

- YOU HAVE TO DILUTE IT. I mix it with some micellar water & witch hazel and apply it to my face with a cotton ball every night. I also have a spray mist bottle that I added this mixture to, and I mist that on my face about twice a day. I would start with small amounts of ACV, and work your way up to larger amounts as your skin becomes more tolerable to it. It may be a bit drying for your skin at first (so if you have super sensitive skin I would start with the smallest amount possible). Everyone's skin is different, this is what worked for me, Im now obsessed with ACV. Im not saying it will work for everyone because like I said before, everyone's skin has different needs.

-YOU HAVE TO BUY ORGANIC UNPROCESSED ACV. In order to get the benefits from ACV, you must buy it organic, and unprocessed. I use the UNFILTERED Spectrum brand. I got it from my local grocery store. You need to buy unfiltered ACV because this contains "the mother" of vinegar. This substance contains beneficial enzymes and trace minerals that are great for your skin.

So there you have it, hope this helps! Let me know in the comments what natural products work best for you.
